Furniture Rental Terms & Conditions
- Rental Duration – BE LIFESTYLES provides short-term furniture rental based on the following durations: 1–3 days, 4–6 days, 7–9 days, 10–12 days, and 13–15 days. For rental periods exceeding 15 days, please check with our team.
- Availability – All rentals are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Furniture Condition – All rented products are pre-used furniture, and normal wear and tear is expected. Hirers are encouraged to inspect all products before signing the Delivery Order. The Hirer shall be liable for any loss and/or damage discovered after signing the Delivery Order.
- Maintenance & Checks – BE LIFESTYLES conducts maintenance and quality checks to ensure all products are in good condition before delivery.
- Inspection Upon Delivery – Upon delivery, it is the Hirer’s responsibility to inspect all products. Any issues, damages, or faults must be reported immediately to BE LIFESTYLES staff for acknowledgement. In such cases, no penalty will apply.
- Proper Usage – The Hirer, Customer, and/or Company must follow all instructions provided by BE LIFESTYLES staff regarding the proper usage of products.
- Safety & Alterations – For safety reasons, rented products must not be altered, reconstructed, affixed, or attached to other items. Upon signing the Delivery Order, the Hirer assumes full responsibility for the rented products.
- Return Condition – All products must be returned in the same condition as indicated in the Delivery Order.
- Loss or Damage – Lost or damaged products upon return will incur a replacement fee of 300% of the total rental rate.
- Handling – The Hirer must handle all products with care at all times.
- Delivery Charges – Rental rates do not include delivery, transportation, or handling charges.
- Order Changes – Any changes to the order must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance to allow sufficient preparation or substitution of products (subject to case-by-case approval). Failure to provide such notice may result in our inability to accommodate the changes.
- Cancellations – Surcharges will apply for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the agreed delivery date.
- Non-Payment – BE LIFESTYLES reserves the right to withhold delivery and/or installation if payment terms are not fulfilled.
- Venue Restriction – The rental rate applies to one location/venue only. If furniture is required to be moved to another venue (even within the same rental period, e.g., 1–3 days), it will be considered a new rental and charged accordingly.
- Removal Restrictions – The Hirer, Customer, and/or Company may not remove any rented products from the intended premises without prior written permission from BE LIFESTYLES.
- Rental Period Calculation – Rental rates commence from the moment the items depart our warehouse and continue until their return.
- Delays, Storage & Additional Charges – If delivery or collection is delayed due to the Hirer, Customer, and/or Company (including but not limited to venue access issues or event overruns), additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra handling, or storage. Extended storage of rented items beyond the agreed rental period will be charged at the applicable daily rate.

*THE ABOVE DELIVERY CHARGES ONLY APPLICABLE IN KLANG VALLEY ARE AND THE DELIVERY CHARGES IS DEPEND ON THE QUATITY OF THE FURNITURES
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAYBE IMPOSED FOR CERTAIN LOCATIONS BASED ON RESTRICTIONS OF THE DELIVERY VENUE.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY CHARGES ARE ONLY APPLICABLE TO A SINGLE LOCATION.
